I've built my career around a passion for creating confidence behind the chair-specializing in blonding, extensions, and everything in between. When I'm not in the salon, you'll find me traveling with my husband, loving on my dogs, or out getting drinks with my friends. I believe great hair is more than just a look—it's a vibe, and I'm here to help you feel your absolute best!

Hayley Knight | Assistant/ Future Stylist
Hi guys! My name is Hayley, and I grew up right here in Monroe! I am currently doing an apprenticeship under our owner, Ally. You will see me assisting on the floor, and probably learning from all of our stylits here at Flourish! I am really excited to learn all things hair, and hoping to specialize in lived in brunettes and blondes! I love getting catch up with my friends in my chair and meet new people! I can't wait to start this hair journey, and look forward to start building a clientele!
